We offer drafting of last wills and testaments, as well as the creation of Trusts. We also administer estates of deceased and/or of insolvent persons.

We offer both the advisory and the litigation services in this field of the law which includes divorces and Maintenance (Child and Spousal).

We offer litigation services in both the Magistrate's Court and the High Court which comprises of claims against the Road Accident Fund (RAF), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) Claims and Claims against Organs of State.

We render services in general litigation in the Magistrate's Court and the High Court.

We are available 24 hours to attend to bail applications (inclusive of police bails). We also conduct Criminal trials.

We can also be trusted with collection matters.

We also render services in general litigation of Medical negligence matters in the High Court.

We also refer and represent clients in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils as in the Labour court for matters relating to unfair labour practices etc. We also offer chairing services to companies for disciplinary hearings.

We also offer notarial services as a specialty area of law, that is includes but not limited to drafting and registration of Marriage Contracts (Ante Nuptial Contracts), Notarial Bonds, Notarial Consents, Notarial Lease Agreements, Servitudes, Authentication of Documents and Notarial attestation of signature of a party,
